Helping Coventry refuges receive well‑prepared, appropriate referrals

We work with chairties to complete initial assessments and match survivors to the most suitable refuge spaces in Coventry – at no cost to survivors, success‑based for services only.

Fewer inappropriate referrals

Services only receive referrals that match your eligibility, risk level and current capacity, so staff spend less time saying no and more time supporting the right survivors.

Assessments done for you

We complete a structured assessment with the survivor in partnership with the referring case worker, and provide you with a clear summary of needs and risks before you decide.

Visibility of local capacity

We check in regularly about your available spaces and any changes to your criteria, so we only approach you when there is a realistic chance of placement.

How it works

  • Step 1 – Connect - Council share initial details with Her Safe Network (with consent). We contact you to confirm your current capacity and eligibility.

  • Step 2 – Assessment & Matching - We complete a structured assessment with the survivor and match them only to services that meet their needs and criteria.

  • Step 3 – Placement & Follow‑up - When you accept a referral, we coordinate information sharing and next steps. Our fee is only charged on successful placements – never to survivors.

Data protection

Information is handled securely and only used for assessment and placement coordination. We are happy to sign data sharing / confidentiality agreements as needed.

Coventry‑focused pilot

We are starting with a small pilot in Coventry, working only with a limited number of refuge and support services.

Leave your details below and we will contact you within one working days to gather more information about your service and complete a short on-boarding.

About Us

  • Safe and pet-friendly accommodation for domestic abuse survivors, both male and female. This ensures they don’t have to leave their pets behind to escape and rebuild their lives. We also help them access essential support such as legal aid, mental health counseling, NHS services, educational support, and other vital necessities. We do not consider their background; BAME and LGBTQ individuals facing domestic abuse are very welcome.
